Circulation Heaters

Circulation heaters are designed to provide effective, controlled heating to water, oil, steam, and certain gases. Self-contained circulation heaters are compact and can be used for a variety of applications, including, but not limited to, the heating of washroom or dishwashing water, storage tanks, power generation, and pollution control equipment. They are also commonly used to heat oil for the improvement of flow, enhanced atomization, and better process efficiency.

At Heatrex, our circulation heater features a bolted-flanged design heat source. The inner body of our heater chamber is constructed of type A-53 or type A-l 06 carbon steel pipe. Each circulation heater is supplied standard with a NEMA 1 electrical-terminal housing. Fiberglass is used to insulate the chamber and an outer housing, constructed of sheet metal, surrounds it. All exterior surfaces are painted with rust-inhibiting paint.
